Cancellation & Refund Policy
Lock-in Period
Minimum subscription period is 6 months. If furniture is returned before this period, the client must pay rent for the remaining months.
Notice Period
A 1-month notice is required before terminating the rental agreement.
Deposit Refund
The deposit will be refunded within 10 working days after subscription ends, after deducting any applicable damage charges.
Responsible Usage
Customers must use furniture responsibly and ensure it is not damaged or modified. Sub-renting or resale of rented items is strictly prohibited.
Furniture Pick-up
Furniture pick-up will be scheduled as per mutual convenience between the customer and the company.
Termination
The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement in case of misuse, non-payment, or violation of terms.
